Precision Manufacturing is backed by years of R&D. The ability to track exactly where materials go, right down to the batch level, is a major feature. This can be vital when creating mission critical products or you need to be able to do product recalls.
Batch Tracking
Incoming raw material can be grouped and tracked. The system can then record things like batch numbers, manufacture dates and supplier and manufacturer details. Each group of material is then closely tracked, where it goes and where it is used. As a result, we can see exactly what batch of material was used in which product.
Batch level tracking is also enabled as standard on manufactured products. You can choose to enable serial number tracking and you can gather other disparate information about each product as well.
